We're seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to evolve our AI-powered education platform from successful POC to production-ready SaaS. You'll own the technical infrastructure for our multi-tenant interview practice and debate training system, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability as we grow from pilot programs to broader adoption.
What you’ll do
Required:
3-5 years building production web applications with Python
Strong experience with Flask or similar web frameworks
Database design and migration experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite)
RESTful API development and authentication patterns
Identity Provider integration utilizing JWT (Auth0, etc)
Experience integrating third-party APIs (analytics, AI services)
Testing mindset - writing unit and integration tests
Cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, Render, or similar)
Preferred:
LLM/AI API integration experience (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
Audio/media processing (FFmpeg, transcription services)
Redis or similar caching/session management
Monitoring and observability tools (Sentry, DataDog, CloudWatch)
CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance
Security best practices and data privacy compliance
Google Workspace API integration experience
